Mark Giuliano, MSW, is the Director for the Institute for Police, Mental Health, and Community Collaboration.  Mark worked as a consultant for the Institute since 2015 and became the Director in July of 2025.

 

Before joining the Institute, Mark worked as a Program Director for the Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health for 34 years and has worked as a consultant for Policy Research Associates National GAINS Center for people with Co-Occurring Disorders in the Justice System, as well as Crisis Response Consulting. His experience in teaching in the fields of mental health and crisis intervention, coupled with his real-life experiences, makes him an ideal instructor for From Crisis to Calm®.
